Bredgar School is a Church of England Primary school situated in Kent, which was originally built in 1868, and draws children not only from the village itself but from the surrounding area. The school has extensive and beautiful grounds. There is a large field used for games and playtimes in good weather; a safe, enclosed tarmac playground; two pond areas and a well maintained garden for flowers, vegetables and wild plants. We have a reputation for providing good quality education and are well supported by parents and friends through our PTA organisation, Friends Of Bredgar School or FOBS. The school is proud of its links with local business and institutions which help to provide the breadth of experiences needed for children growing up in the present technological age.
