Leynote offer volume production and high accuracy in wide range of production processes, Profiling by Oxygenpropane, Plasma, Waterjet, & Laser Cutting, Shearing, Folded Plates & Punching. Oxygenpropane flamecutting uses CNC controlled multihead cutting machines, DNC linked to PCbased CADCAM. We can accept designs in .dwg & .dxf format from disk or by email, therefore reducing design errors and time. Small components are tumble deburred, we also surface grind to improve finish quality and thickness accuracy when required.
